silence is just as much language as words - as are expressions and body language and gestures and energy.
i like to wrap my arms around trees and watch them reach up to the sky. i like to watch them sway - bending in the wind, and i like that i cant feel them moving way down, five feet 2 from the bottom of the trunk.
"we can learn like the trees, how to bend, how to sway"
purity at heart, light at foot.
